How do I order an item?

Just add the item to the cart or click the Buy Now button and proceed to the checkout.

How does the discount work?

Simply add the item to the cart and in there use the plus button (or type a value in the quantity box) to increase the quantity to 10 or more. The rest is calculated by the system and the discount will appear automatically.

How do I pay?

Customers within Thailand may pay via Bank transfer into our Kasikorn account and should contact us by phone or email to set this up. Overseas customers may pay via Paypal using either the Buy Now button or Paypal button in the cart.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat fee regardless of where you are ordering from. There is a one off fee for the first item followed by an incremental fee for mutliple items. For example, 1 set of Deluxe Edition fish slates incurs a fee of 300 Baht, more than this incurs an additional 50 Baht per item, so 2 sets cost 350 Baht shipping and 3 sets 400 Baht etc.

Do I need to register an account in order to purchase something from the site?

In a word, No. Paypal will send us the address you have registered with them so no extra steps are required. If you wish us to send the items to an address other than that registered with Paypal please contact us to confirm the new address.

What if I don't have a Paypal account?

You don't actually need to be a member of Paypal to use their services. You may pay using their Guest Checkout option using your credit card. If this is not suitable please contact us as we can accept direct bank transfers and independant credit card payments also. Don't worry, we will have you covered.

What Postal Service do you use?

This depends on where you are and how many items you order. Within Thailand we use EMS. For International buyers we use Registered Thai Airmail for orders weighing less than 2 Kg and UPS for bigger shipments. All services provide tracking numbers which we will email you in due course.

How long does it take?

While we can't guarantee anything, on average postage takes around 10 working days or 2 weeks in real time.

What happens if I don't receive my item?

Please wait the allocated 2 weeks and contact us by email. Sometimes shipments get stuck in customs for all sorts of reasons. When this happens we will request and send you the Flight numbers and Mail bag numbers. Your local Post Office will definately be able to track your items locally. This has never failed us in the past so don't worry.
